She's only 13 weeks but I think so. My DH is out of work right now so she's had a lot of time to bond with him and I think she's very attached to him too. She has too adoring parents with her 24/7 - lucky girl.

Yes but she always has! She scratches at my chest too and has been laying her head on my chest more recently.

Yes, my husband is ready for us to wean, he's partially envious and partially wants to take on a bigger role. We're heading that way, but it's just so darn convenient too!

Yeah, mine is extremely attached to me. Now that she walks she's getting a little more independent.

We ebf and cosleep (not really because I was going for the attachment parenting thing), but "attachment" is definitely the word that applies to DD and my boobs, haha! If she were able to give me a name, it would not be "mama." It would be "Warm Snuggly Food Sack."

And ditto on the scratching thing. Her little fingernails can be so prickly!

LO does this to me too :) She does the scratching thing as well, which kind of hurts at times, but I think it soothes her, and it's so cute.

I've noticed in the past couple of weeks, my 8 month old has a new favorite place to be - on my chest. Not necessarily eating, just nuzzling up to me, laying her head on my chest and sucking her thumb. She also scratches at my chest (above my breasts) like it's soothing to her.

Does anyone else have a lo that does this? I can't say I mind it, it makes me smile every time she does it. :) She never does this to my husband or anyone else, which makes me wonder if it has to do with me and the girls?
