<description>&#60;p&#62;Interesting listen. What I found surprising as I've watched friends become moms is my college running teammates all breastfeed. Most of them are hardcore about running still and are masters of recovery and telling when there are small problems with their bodies. Honestly I dont think they'd do it if it only benefited baby.  I never was as competitive but I would have had a problem if bf impacted my ability to get out but I've always felt it's helped my recovery. I guess others have made this observation as well. &#60;a href=&#34;http://m.sph.sagepub.com/content/7/2/172.abstract&#34; rel=&#34;nofollow&#34;&#62;http://m.sph.sagepub.com/content/7/2/172.abstract&#60;/a&#62;  Breastfeeding effects on moms recovery is a good place for more research.
