She has the nursing cover over her but she sometimes is standing up to greet people coming in the front door while hooked-up to the pump. You see the hoses coming out from under it. I don't pumping to me wasn't an easy task and I always had leaking going on. My former employee had four mothers rooms, three needed to be booked and one was open for multiple people to use at once - to accommodate unpredictable schedules I think. I ended up using that one a lot and it always was a little strange - the chorus of pumps I will never forget - but everyone just focused on their own business. So I had to pump and give bottles. The first time, I was really lucky I'd carried the pump on instead of packing it! Breastfeeding was so hard and I couldn't do it discreetly, and it was easy to just pick up and leave the room. Plus she wouldn't nurse with a cover. With pumping I had all my stuff set up in the living room because I was pumping so often and I didn't want to haul everything upstairs. So I would leave the room and put on my hands free pumping bra with the flanges attached then pull my shirt down over it (yep looked weird) and then stand with my back to people to hook up to the pump, then I'd throw a blanket over my chest and sit down and pump away.
