DH wasn't able to take time off work that week, and so DS and I stayed in bed for a few days, just nursing and sleeping. He never got sick, even though I was really contagious. Once I had a horrible stomach bug and was feverish enough that I don't remember the day, so I told my husband to take the baby and bring him to me every few hours or when he seemed hungry.
