If I need frozen milk right away, I put the bag directly into a bowl of hot water, gently swirl it, and it usually defrosts in a couple minutes. For the bottles I feel like it'd be easier to just heat and use those, but maybe for the frozen milk my mom can heat defrosted milk in the Playtex bottle.
