Wearing a pad at night also gives just enough pressure to stop it from leaking. Not the most comfortable to sleep in but waking up once with soaked sheets was all the convincing I needed! I have the disposable pads but only wear them when I go out. At home, I'll tuck a burping cloth in my shirt (I know...sexy) but sometimes it gets untucked and then my shirt gets all wet. OR sometimes I'll wake up with two leaky boobs. I'm sure I'm not the only one going through this... care to share your tips or advice? I think I may have to resort to wearing the disposable pads at home if this continues... </p>
