My guess is that it's just separated milk solids. Something different than the usual ring of cream around the top. A couple bottles of refrigerated breastmilk look like they have sediment or sand that has settled at the bottom of the bottle. They have both been refrigerated for 2-3 days, and are both from pumping sessions right before bed. Is the milk still okay? I dumped the bottle that looked like that yesterday, and today another one looked like that too! LO is 11 months old and this is the first time my milk has looked this way - the daytime pumping session milk looks normal. </p>
