My pump bottles have a little water in them every morning and I never think anything of it. My foremilk is also almost always clear.

I pump into damp bottles with condensation in them all the time!! I'm so impatient with letting things air-dry. I'll also put damp nippes on top of her bottles. I figure there's water in breastmilk, so as long as it's not "bad" water, she'll be fine.

I wouldn't worry about it. When I used to pump, I obviously pumped both sides but then consolidated to one bottle and rinsed the other one out. I used the rinsed one at my next session even though it was never 100% dry.

@matador84: If you're worried freeze it to save after LO is 4 months. (or 6 if your ped waits till 6 for solids)
@kiddosc is right. It should be fine.

Sometime in the mornings my foremilk is almost clear. Once your hindmilk mixes in it probably will look fine. If it's just condensation, I wouldn't think it's a significant amount of water and wouldn't be worried. I've pumped into damp bottles before. I figure he sucks the water off of his washcloth in the bath, a little bit of water in his bottle isn't going to hurt.

How old is your baby? How much milk vs water?
Most likely you're fine unless your LO has failure to thrive.

I'm sitting here pumping and I look down and notice the bottles must not have 100% dried all the way last night before I stuck them in my bag because there is condensation and some water. The breastmilk is like clear!!! AHHHH! Should I be worried?
