As long as the milk was refrigerated at a constant temperature it should be ok. However, I occasionally gave my babe milk that had been defrosted longer and he was fine. I haven't tried to push beyond that limit, so I don't have any personal experience with more than 24 hour thawed milk. Could you give LO the defrosted milk earlier in the day and pump at the same time?
