But, then I woke up the next day and I was super sick again! So, I think symptoms can definitely come and go. Some days you will feel amazing, some days you will feel like crap. If your hcg had gone down enough for symptoms to stop, then you would probably see bleeding. In addition, as the day has continued to go on I've noticed I'm not as boated and exhausted I have been the past few weeks either. Is this normal? I'm freaking out a little bit and might try to go in for an ultrasound if possible. </p>
