Totally blocked. </p> <p>I used the breathe right strips every night and they made a WORLD of difference for me. I thought they were only for snoring, but they are great when you are stuffed. I used them a couple of times in the beginning when I was congested but no runny nose. It won't make it perfect, but it should help enough that you can breath.
