We used a blanket and stuffed it into the sides as a sheet. It's great because for spit up or blowouts you just switch the blanket out.
Our son was a winter baby so instead of a&a we use an actual like warm fuzzy blanket (thin but velour kind of)

I just tucked a blanket in over the 'mattress' because it looked softer, but she was all wrapped up and it really didn't matter.

We never bothered with a sheet, ours slept in the pnp in our room at night for the first month and when traveling. We just half swaddled in an A&A blanket and left it at that.

We have a 4moms breeze playard (yay for generous family!) and are planning to have baby boy sleep in the top bassinet next to our bed. It has a waterproof "mattress" that fits in to the snap on bassinet, but do you think we need a sheet? There isn't one specific to the Breeze that's available for sale yet.
