It is a great seat and I really like it and feel like I get a better install with the tether than we do in the Graco convertible we bought for DH's car. It is harder to install when we have to switch it to another vehicle, but that isn't very often. They continually test as among the safest car seats in the event of a crash. Id be more concerned with that.
