@PurplePeony: The button near where our son's feet goes that helps you correctly install it got completely stuck. It was so stuck that my husband needed to use a crowbar to get it out of the car. We returned it, and then read that it was a common problem :bummed: . If yours works great than don't worry about it! Apparently it's not every seat that has the issue!

@Torchwood: Legit...like @PurplePeony: we got an email today about it. Interestingly enough this seat broke horribly about a week after we bought it so we'd already returned it! Apparently it has a number of issues....

@LovelyPlum: I'm not worried, I always pull on the harness when I buckle DD in anyway and it's never budged. I think it's probably a small number of seats that are actually affected.

I just got an email and it said the seats are fine to use as long as you check to make sure the harness doesn't loosen up again after you've tightened it. You only need to discontinue use if you have one with a sticky button. They're sending a repair kit -- basically, you just lube up the release button and it won't stick anymore.

Edit: I see that we can still use it unless the button gets stuck. So that's good. But still, yick!

Oh crap, thank you. The website says to discontinue use, though. This is our only seat-what am I supposed to do?!
