Check the product ID number to see if you can trade it in… anything purchased from May 2011 - June 2013 should be eligible. I didn't even buy my stroller at Baby's R Us, and they still accepted it no questions asked! I looked and it looks like the strap is stuck and won't pull through. Try as I might, it did not want to unjam itself! I usually don't use the recline but it bums me out that it's broken. Has this happened to anyone? </p>
