We did 2 shades of green for the walls, dark brown furniture, brown and pale pink bedding, and jungle theme on the walls with green, pink and a huge brown tree. (so we could use for all of our future children!) so we painted tan, brown sheet and sage green bed skirt... Since our LO is a girl we added a bit of pink and even some blue and went with a bird theme. Why that one aspect of the baby over any other? It seems so strange. Decorate your nursery however you makes you happy, the baby isn't even going to notice.</p> <p>[ETA] Personally I think green and brown would be adorable, and you could go bananas with woodland critters all over the place. So when the baby *is* old enough to notice the decor, he/she can enjoy all the animals.
