I've been getting my period, and then a 'mini period' two weeks later, since M was born. Not sure what is causing it other than hormones. The naturopath recommended a few things but I haven't tried it yet. I've been on it for YEARS with no period, spotting, nothing and this has suddenly become my norm. It really freaked me out the first month. There is no rhyme or reason to it and it seems to be related to weaning for me (potentially??) as I weaned about ~ 6 months ago. I'm on my second day of mid-cycle spotting, and it's confusing the heck out of me. There is zero chance this is implantation bleeding (because that would require DTD, lol). Could be ovulation, maybe? Seems a little early for me. I've also been on Whole 30, if that makes any difference. I'm confused!
