And then again for two days a few weeks later. I was terrified. But it was fine. Just implantation bleeding the doctor said. Baby burrowing in more. I had two miscarriages with subsequent pregnancies and they started with pinkish bleeding and got heavy quickly, like a period. Mine was likely from a SCH that was resolving, but I've already had 4 U/S to monitor it (I had one with my son that never resolved, and hemorrhaged during L&amp;D, so they want to be cautious). </p> <p>Brown spotting is good (well, relatively!) because it's old blood. When I miscarried my spotting started out pink and then turned bright red. For the past nine days I've been spotting light brown on my panty liners. It's not much, but it's pretty much all day. No real cramping only back pain. I'm starting to get concerned, because of my history with pregnancies. Last night I started to get the tiniest pinching sensation on what feels like my right ovary area. I wouldn't say it's painful, but I definitely felt it. Have any of you had brown spotting this long and it turn out to be nothing? I'm freaking out right now. I can't deal with another loss.</p> <p>I have an appointment Wednesday to see the ob. I'm out of town and won't be back until tomorrow evening. Just need to keep myself together until I get to the doctor. </p>
