<description>&#60;p&#62;@Adira:  I have read that BRU gives 15% in markets where there is a Buy Buy Baby nearby because it makes them more competitive but only 10% in other markets.  It is kind of a crummy thing for them to do in my opinion.

They transferred me to a supervisor and she just gave me a code to deduct the dollar amount instead of an actual % off and it worked!

<description>&#60;p&#62;Just wanted to update everyone (in case anyone else has this issue)!  I suspect the issue I was having is that there were so many on-line sales going on and that was preventing me from using the completion coupon, but I called Toys R Us and was able to place my order over the phone and give the representative my coupon, and although it also didn't want to apply it, she just overrode it so I got the 10% everything (AND I got all the sales that were already going on too)!  Totally worth it!!!

<description>&#60;p&#62;Alright ladies, what gives with BRU's Completion Certificate?  I'm trying to order a bunch of stuff still on my registry and when I enter the completion certificate code at checkout, it just says:&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;&#34;The promotional code you entered cannot be applied to your order.&#34;&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Anyone else have issues using their completion certificate?  I thought it might be because I have two items in there that already had a promotion on them, so I removed them, but I still can't use the code.  Now I'm wondering if it's because the whole order gets that &#34;spend $79 and get free shipping&#34; promotion - but I can't uncheck that or anything so...&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Anyone have any ideas?  Or am I just going to have to call BRU?
