I think it might be a bit better than Tylenol, as it helps with inflammation as well. Maybe try that after the Tylenol has worn off? Maybe try letting him chew on a wet wash cloth? Sometimes teething rings can cause the bruising to the gums. Not sure exactly how many since he won't let me take a good look. But I'm thinking 3 for sure, he already has three on the bottom. </p> <p>One of the top teeth is almost in and next to it his gum is really bruised looking. How long does this usually last? What should I be doing to help him out. We've been doing Tylenol at night and cold teething rings. </p>
