We had about 6 children and 15 adults. We served:</p> <p>mini crustless quiches (two kinds)<br /> smoked salmon with cream cheese, capers, red onion and pumpernickel bread<br /> vanilla greek yogurt with granola and berries<br /> plain and chocolate chip pancakes<br /> orange juice<br /> mimosas<br /> coffee<br /> juice boxes</p> <p>(We also made fruit skewers and served crudite with hummus, but they were barely touched. Everything else was eaten though.)</p> <p>I prepped the ingredients for the quiche the day before, assembled them in the morning, and put them into the oven after the party started.
