My youngest is a belly sleeper so I do pull it a little higher in the front or else he'll leak out for sure. but we're at the biggest size... 7! Might have to go for the older kids overnights soon. We use disposables at night most of the time, but if you were interested in trying cloth, there are a ton out there that hold the pee. We've never had a leak in a cloth diaper unless part of the inner part was hanging out.
