<description>&#60;p&#62;Badger brand makes a good natural bug ointment (we really like it because it also repels ticks, which we really need going out in tall grass fairly often). California Baby also makes a good one if you don't mind re-applying frequently and don't need to keep ticks away so much as mosquitos. The Badger seems to last 2+hours, which is fabulous as we are outdoors a LOT. As for sunblock, we use Burn Out Kids. It's a physical block, but goes on so much easier than most of the other physical blocks we've tried. More like a conventional sunscreen. It is well rated on Skin Deep. Hope you find something you'll love. Summer is too much fun to be fighting with ucky products that don't live up to expectations!
