We've had wonderful luck with the California Baby version. It smells nice and doesn't leave you sticky. I use it as well !

This stuff is made not far from me and everyone around here swears by it. I had it on last night and the Mosquitos were crazy but I didn't get any bites. It smells great and is safe. We love it. https://www.simplysoothing.net/bug-soother/

Bubble and bee organic? We don't have a ton of bugs, so I don't know if it works in crazy bug areas, but it has worked well for us and smells good.

@Applesandbananas: yep. I bought the Non scented. It does have some deet but honestly, the natural ones aren't working for her. I've used that Honest bug spray and she and I still get eaten up. And she's not a baby who's licking the spray off or anything. She's on antibiotics for the infection, though. She gets a bath every evening so I know it's off her

I also have some stuff with picaridin for the gnats and that keeps them off me.

We've been happy with the California Baby Bug spray. Not cheap but all natural/safe and still effective.

@blackbird: just like the family care version? what did she say about the infected bug bites? I used a little breastmilk on his, which aren't infected, but they still look terrible :(

Oh man. We just took E to the pediatrician yesterday for infected bug bites. She said to use Skintastic/Off. Sure enough, I bought some and sprayed E and her clothes yesterday before an outdoor picnic, let her run wild and free in the grass, and NO BITES!
