Call bugaboo's customer service line. We needed a repair on an uppababy vista that my sister handed down to me. When I called their customer service line, they had me mail them the frame of the stroller seat that needed repair (they sent the box and paid for shipping). We paid a very small repair fee and they took care of everything else.

Paying for the name brand pays off in this type of situation. They should be able to fix your stroller for you regardless of how old it is or if you are the original owner. Good luck!

Try a bike shop if you think you just need a patch. Otherwise order straight from the manufacturer's website.

I would call Bugaboo customer service and ask them what you need and then order through them, then you will be sure to get the right parts. I've ordered things (but not spare parts) through their website and they are the same price as local retailers.

You can take it to a bike shop for new tubes or treads. I've done it before with my parents Chameleon. Easy peasy.

You can definitely buy parts directly from bugaboo - they should have an online shop for parts (I'm in Australia and I bought a new strap for my bee from their online parts portal). If you can't find it on their website for your country, I suggest calling their customer service number for details on spare parts.

I feel dumb asking but... Here goes...

I don't know what to do about my flat bugaboo frog tire (one of the back wheels).

I bought it used and it was working fine for 1.5 years.. Then I started to have to pump the left tire pretty often and now I'm pretty sure it has a rip or puncture or something.

Should I try fixing it?? How?

Do I take it somewhere??

What's the diff between inner tube and the tire itself?

Or should I replace the wheel?? Or just the inner tubes? I'm so lost.

My hubby says I should just get two new back wheels but I'm so confused at where to buy and which wheels are compatible blah blah blah.

Anyone have experience? Surely more than I do, ha ha...
