We needed a repair on an uppababy vista that my sister handed down to me. When I called their customer service line, they had me mail them the frame of the stroller seat that needed repair (they sent the box and paid for shipping). We paid a very small repair fee and they took care of everything else. </p> <p>Paying for the name brand pays off in this type of situation. They should be able to fix your stroller for you regardless of how old it is or if you are the original owner. Then I started to have to pump the left tire pretty often and now I'm pretty sure it has a rip or puncture or something.</p> <p>Should I try fixing it?? How?</p> <p>Do I take it somewhere??</p> <p>What's the diff between inner tube and the tire itself?</p> <p>Or should I replace the wheel?? Or just the inner tubes? I'm so lost.</p> <p>My hubby says I should just get two new back wheels but I'm so confused at where to buy and which wheels are compatible blah blah blah.</p> <p>Anyone have experience?
