The UppaBaby Cruz is 3 pounds lighter and that made enough of a difference for me to make the purchase. It doesn't come with the bassinet but we got the car seat adapter to use it as a snap-n-go for the times when the baby is asleep from the car and we also got the infant insert so if we're just going for a walk, I don't have to use the carseat. We live in an area with brick sidewalks and lots of cobblestone and the ride is still really smooth.
