It is HUGE but so impractical and hasn't been used at all since they got it at Christmas. The play kitchen, laugh &amp; learn chair, car ramp are also going unused. LO1 also got a Paw Patrol toy from a family member for Christmas that was around $60 and it was played with only one, which stinks. We also got a Power Wheels Jeep last year used from my sister, but that got way less use than I imagined it would. Here's to hoping that changes this summer! </p>
