The fact that bullying no longer stays AT school makes a HUGE difference. There is ultimately no safe place to be yourself without worry or ridicule or abuse. What makes me really sick is that the comments on some of the YouTube videos of this are horrible. The poor girl has killed herself because of all this and you're still going to say she deserved to die and judge her morality?!?!?! She's a kid who made a mistake, and it makes me feel physically ill that even still some people won't relent and let up. It makes me think of "The one without sin can cast the first stone." </p> <p>@Mrsbells: I think a lot of it is the prevalence of internet use, texting, etc. among younger and younger kids.
