Right boob had a super fast, strong let down, but will go longer between let downs, so LO gets a bit frustrated with it. My right side was always less "pumpable" if that makes sense. Supply was fine for as long as my LO nursed but it was always harder to get the milk out of that side. What helped for me was to do my regular 15-18' pumping sessions and then only connect the right side and amp up the suction level for 2-3' on that side. By 10 months or so I just gave up on the left boob. By that point I was rarely engorged so the size difference isn't as noticeable. I have to pump while I am at work (a 12 hour night shift). Lately, my right breast has been less then stellar on producing milk. Sometimes I only get like an ounce out of it. </p> <p>Why?!
