My LO has a yeast rash which we were treating with nystatin. No other red bumps or redness anywhere else in the diaper area. We've been letting him go diaper free and putting Aquaphor on it, but it's not budging. </p> <p>Anyone out there ever see this before? Any ideas on how to help it go away? </p>
