At times he's had way more and I'll try different creams, but usually just a few that come and go. I think they are always there but a lot less red so I don't notice them.<br /> I also ignored them for a while because (also tmi) my husband gets pimples on his butt so I also thought maybe it was just skin issues. At the risk of sharing TMI, I often have issues with the skin on my butt so I never thought much of hers, I thought it was just hereditary. Maybe more. They don't seem to bother him at all.<br /> They aren't as noticeable as this throughout the day but in the bath they get redder like this.<br /> I've tried lotrimin in case it was a fungal rash. I tried cortisone in case it was related to eczema.
