Though right now it's just DD using it in the regular bed mode but our plan is to have the kiddos room share once #2 is around 1. We would flip it with DD on top and #2 will be on the floor bed - great since it's low profile. That's the plan for now but I won't know how well it works until next year. </p> <p>My brother and I shared a bunk up until I was in junior high. They have a twin and a full in one small room (just a small strip between the two beds) and my niece's old room (VERY small) was converted into a playroom and they love it.</p> <p>How about one of those twin over full beds with a trundle? They are 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 right now, and Olive's bedtime routine has been getting increasingly longer lately.</p> <p>Charlie has said that he wants bunk beds, but one that is big enough for our whole family to sleep on together.
