I am 34 weeks now and all is well so far. She said it's normal to have pains while your uterus is stretching and it's actually turning as well. She described them as a sharp pain followed by dull lingering pain. </p> <p>She actually described the small bleeds to me as well as she thought I might have one based on my spotting. My 7w2d ultrasound didn't show a small bleed, but she said many women have them and they're not really sure why they occur. At my last doctor's appointment he briefly mentioned 'a bleed' that they spotted on my ultrasound around 8 weeks, but didn't tell me anything more about it or to do anything about it, though he may order another followup scan at some point. </p> <p>I don't know if they're connected, or if it's just my uterus feeling weird because it's growing or what -- but I'm a worrywart so I'm wondering if this is one of those typical pregnancy things? I'm reluctant to call in because I don't even know who I'd talk to at the clinic. </p>
