Possibly vasospasms. Mine were caused by a tongue tie. I just had my los clipped and it is so much better.

I have this - I have it again with my second. I forgot it existed until it happened again. I think it's just a letdown thing. I have never had mastitis, thrush, poor latch, etc.

i've heard of burning and pain with latch problems, mastitis and thrush. i have none of these (nipple pain is under control, no swollen spots or redness, etc) but by the time my breasts have gone soft and baby is about done, i start to get a burning sensation in my breast. does this have anything to do with the breast emptying? anyone else experience this?
