I had it in when I was a senior in high school (I was on the colorguard team). The only thing that helped was going to physical therapy. I even had a cortisone shot and less than a week later I was in so much pain again. Every once in awhile it starts to flare up but if I ice it and stretch it goes away. One guess what it's from? Carrying my 2 year old, strapping her into a carseat, tossing her around the house and rough housing. Oy. Kids, remember this when you think you want to wait until your mid to late 30's or 40's to have children. I'm officially feeling like an old mom. </p>
