That has fixed my 4 when it's done this a couple times. The screen comes on but will not slide to unlock. I want to back it up and do a restore to wipe it clean before I ship it back to IT.</p> <p>When I hook it up to my MacBook Pro, it prompts me to unlock it. I tried getting Siri to unlock but she wont do it:(</p> <p>Any ideas on how I can force it to unlock w/o being able to slide? </p>
