We passed through Rochester actually. There's a bathroom on board, wifi, and "normal" people. </p> <p>I got one of those $1 bus tickets. But if you can find a cheap flight, do it. I've also done the "buffalo shuffle" from NYC-TO which is taking a flight from NYC-buffalo and then Megabus from Buffalo to TO (because an international flight is always way more expensive for no reason) and I found flights NYC-Buffalo for only $40 each way, so there's bound to be something cheap to Rochester.</p> <p>And there is Amtrak---$61 each way if you book in advance. I've ridden Amtrak all over the US and it's always been fine. Round trip is about $65 and its a 7 hour trip each way.
