It is like a peri bottle you don't have to keep refilling and squeezing! It's so great for pain relief and for actually getting the area clean. My bleeding has basically stopped (for now) and my swelling is gone, so I thought I should at least try to pee like a normal person... And no pain, y'all! On my way to normal... whoooo! I just had to tell someone. :) </p>
