<description>&#60;p&#62;I never liked it. But there are other running plans that I've liked that I found in running magazines. I'm a runner though. Lately I've been running for 4 minutes and walking for 1 minute, but I'm going to up it soon to run 5/walk 1.

<description>&#60;p&#62;It took me from hating to run even to the bus to eventually running a 5k! (disclaimer: still hating to run, but at least doing it!) I then ran 3x/wk for over a year. I stopped when I got pregnant the second time (first ended in m/c) because I was being irrational and paranoid. I meant to get back into it when LO was 6 mo old and could go in the jogging stroller and it was spring...and now she's 11 mo and it's summer. Ha. I'm going to have to start C25k all over again! I did sign up for a 5k in a few weeks but I think I'll have to walk it  :bummed:

<description>&#60;p&#62;I found it really easy to do and within a month could run 5k. I think I skipped some of the earlier steps. It really helped me to get in shape before getting pregnant with DD. I started again last week from the beginning but now that I'm in the TWW I don't know what to do. I'm scared of dislodging a bean if we so happen to get pregnant. I know people say it's ok to run when pregnant but I haven't been exercising for well over a year so I don't know what to do! Good luck with your C25K. I bet you'll be doing he full 5k in no time if you are finding it easy so far.
