I made a coconut loaf before and DS loved it so I made cupcakes from that recipe. Only problem is it didn't make very many so I need ideas for another flavor! There are going to be kids around 1-4 years old and adults. I have to make it tonight or tomorrow morning so I'm looking for something not overly complicated (like carrot cake). Is it too early in the season for pumpkin? </p>
