I got pregnant my first cycle off BC and the only way I knew I was pregnant with DD was because I was charting. Otherwise I had no symptoms. I know I had to pee in a cup but it never occurred to me that that was why. I had to have several pregnancy tests before I got my mirena put in for exactly this reason. No period since baby means no guaranteed confirmation that you're not pregnant.
