Maybe you could get one of those refillable k-cup things and put in half reg and half decaf? Right now I'm doing caramel fusion. I am sticking to one cup and sometimes feel jittery halfway through so I ditch the rest. Prepregnancy I had 2-3 cups in the am.</p> <p>This makes me nervous that I may be unintentionally overdoing the caffeine, bc SB has higher caffeine content in general, and it's hard to measure caffeine brewing it ourselves.</p> <p>We have a Kuerig buried somewhere in our cabinets, and I'm thinking of going back to it so I can have portion/caffeine control.</p> <p>Does anyone know of any SB kcups that have lower caffeine content? I have googled to the point of exhaustion so I am turning to you:) </p>
