Darker roasts have a lower caffeine content than lighter roasts. I know my supermarket also offers a few half-caff k-cup varieties.

You could always make a "half-caff" brew if you're worried about the amount of caffeine. And if you're using a Keurig, Green Mountain coffee has a half-caff k-cup.

We used the reusable k-cups because I wanted decaf and DH wanted regular SB coffee. I really like the decaf house blend and the reusable k-cups saved us a ton of money.

I used the Newman's Own organic water processed decaf k-cups while I was pregnant. Maybe you could get one of those refillable k-cup things and put in half reg and half decaf? Like just buy your starbucks ground coffee but cut it with the decaf?

We brew SB at home, just bc we like it the best. Right now I'm doing caramel fusion. I am sticking to one cup and sometimes feel jittery halfway through so I ditch the rest. Prepregnancy I had 2-3 cups in the am.

This makes me nervous that I may be unintentionally overdoing the caffeine, bc SB has higher caffeine content in general, and it's hard to measure caffeine brewing it ourselves.

We have a Kuerig buried somewhere in our cabinets, and I'm thinking of going back to it so I can have portion/caffeine control.

Does anyone know of any SB kcups that have lower caffeine content? I have googled to the point of exhaustion so I am turning to you:)
