@winniebee: I wish I had said something at the first ultrasound, my doctor did the ultrasound not the tech and I think he just didn't have the experience with that to get a good image. When he finally figured it out he kept apologizing for the discomfort because it was definitely a bit more intense than a standard ultrasound.

@Cole: That is fabulous news! This happened to Delight as well! I also have a tilted uterus and the tech always has to really search around in the beginning - almost to the point that it is painful!

Thank you everyone!

@mrskansas: it was perfect! My uterus is tilted and apparently it makes it super hard to scan. The baby was there, measured perfectly for the dates I originally thought and we saw and heard the heartbeat.

I had a gush of a bleed at 5wks after having mc'd my 1st, so got some later betas. At 23dpo my beta level was 8250 and at 27dpo I was at 32,652. My doubling times were 68 & 48hrs, respectively. DD grew right on track throughout my pregnancy. Wishing you the best of luck! 😊

They stopped my betas once I had an ultrasound so no clue but I wouldn't think they'd still be doubling that quickly anymore. Lots of :goodluck: to you!!

I'm in limbo, my early ultrasound didn't look good but my lab levels were spot on. I'm scheduled to go in again tomorrow for another ultrasound and more labs. I can't find anything definitive though about when HCG stops doubling at 48 hours. I'll be at 96 hours so should I be hoping for quadruple? I was at 24,000 on Friday morning so it will be almost exactly 96 hours. It seems like most people aren't having betas this late though so it's hard to find info.
