@GoGoSnoGirl: oh wow! Sorry about your mc though. So glad u have your sticky baby now. How exciting, so happy for you. Sorry just read your previous post again, too much on my mind atm. That's just amazing. So u had 1 partial tube blocked and the other tube was fine?
I had scar tissue which was cleaned up during my lap. This is what the gyno report wrote : the left tube looked normal and passed the dye after significant pressure. The right tube did show some dilatation close to the right fembrial end. After several attempts with high pressure the dye filled the tube but did not pass through the fembria.
No endo, no cysts.
Believes appendectomy was the cause of the blockage of the right tube.

Yes I started OPK's, been few months now, my cycle is like clock work, comes every 26/27 days and I always ovulate around c13/14, 2 ultrasounds have confirmed o dates and OPK's have also. I track my cycle on an app and o date has always been bang on!

Also, I have low amh :bummed: it's in the low normal ( but I did test that while on bcp so not sure how accurate that is even though gyno says won't make a difference)

@Emilia80: actually I didn't even get to the iui. I tested just before I was to start meds for that cycle & got my BFP. We tried for 6mos, got pg but mc @ 6w, then started with the RE & within 3mos got pg again w/our little girl. I'm 28 wks & things are going well. I'd strongly suggest temping, charting, opks if you are not already. I learned a lot about my cycle & our timing.

@GoGoSnoGirl: thanks darl everyone keeps telling me I have time but u know psychologically in my head I feel like I dont, all I can hear is that clock gahhhh! Especially bc we want 3!

I'm so happy to hear you were successful with iui. That's amazing. I decided if I'm not preg next month which will be 3 months since ttc, given my age my gyno said he could try me on injections, I was thinking more clomid.

I guess if I need to take intervention with technology I will but my partner ( bless his heart) is way positive and doesn't think I'll need it.

I just hope this 1 tube I do have left will be kind to me and grant me my bfp.

I'm currently in the ttw, and I feel AF symptoms :crying:

Eta: my gyno said that he could not surgically unblock the right tube.

@Emilia80: oh, you've got time at 34, my dear. There are surgical interventions to unblock, but when I found my tubal issues (1 partial blockage & the other likely having an adhesion keeping it away from the ovary) my RE warned the scar tissue from the procedure could negate any benefit from trying to clear the blockage. Because of my (more) advanced age of 41, I was prepared to try 1 iui then go to ivf, but we were blessed & didn't need the interventions after all! :goodluck:

Eta: just read you asked about naturally unblocking... I don't have any info on that, but my overall point is that you may not need to do anything.

@edelweiss: thanks for the encouragement, I have heard from others who have one tube that they were able to get pregnant but it just freaks me out bc I'm older 34 and don't really have time on my side. I'm a stressor!
Congratulations on your pregnancy. Love hearing stories like this

don't have any advice on natural unblocking (although hey if there aren't big cons, i would try it), but just wanted to say only takes one good egg producing ovary and tube (on the same side of course) to get pregnant! i only have one ovary and was able to get pregnant.

So, I've been googling about my issue with my blocked right Fallopian tube. I came across a few reads that they can be unblocked naturally. What do u guys think? I'm very skeptical about it, but I am willing to try anything at this point. The fact I only have one tube working worries me to no end and I stressed all the time.
