I stopped pumping around 10 months as I had a large enough freezer stash to get me to 1 year. And then I nursed when I was with them until at least a year. He ATE food though so I knew he was getting what he needed.</p> <p>With LO2 I just stopped recently at 14 months and I give him 4-6 oz of cow milk on the weekends to make up for what he might not be getting from me. He still likes to nurse two or three times during the day when I am around and I dont mind. He gets 4-6 oz of cow milk when I am at work and eats and drinks lots of other things. I pumped from when I went back to work at 6 months until 11 months and nursed DS through the summer (teacher here.) When I went back to work in the fall, I kept up with nursing after work and before bed with no problems. We ended up stopping at 14 months but not because of my supply (I don't think) but we were both just done. I didn’t replace it with cups of milk or anything g since it’s not necessary unless they’re missing calcium and vitamin D elsewhere. It didn’t effect my supply in terms of when I was with her (so morning, evening, weekends). I pumped up until Christmas break, nursed on demand over break, did not pump afterwards at work at 11 months. During month 11 he did formula or whole milk during work hours, nurse while I was home, nursed on the weekends too even during the day. I don't think there was much milk there during the day, but he enjoyed it regardless, and we would give him a cup of milk or two during the day. I nursed up until 15 months just fine, though I think it was much more supplemental in terms of volume - we gave him maybe 3 to 4 sippy cups of whole milk a day, maybe 5 oz each? My kid was a little frustrated during the day on weekends for a while. I'd love to keep up our regular nursing sessions until she's a year old, but am not sure how badly ditching the pump would affect my supply. Has anyone had success with this? </p>
