I just started watching it on Netflix and the reruns yesterday pick up where Netflix left off. Is the 2nd half of season 3 picking up now? Which is super creeptastic since they also had a long drawn-out love scene with him and Spencer earlier in the episode.</p> <p>So either Toby has always been an "A" or he's a faux-"A" trying to dismantle things from the inside to help Spencer? Same night as the drama above, "A" was plotting something, what we aren't sure, but it's revealed that Toby is working with Mona as "A". </p> <p>I'm trying to remember other storylines...
