A heart rate monitor? Not sure if I am looking for a watch or one that straps on your chest or something else that I don't even know about yet. I was looking into the fitbit/jawbone UP but would like something that can more accurately track my exercise. Bonus points if it can sync up to my Samsung GalaxyS4 (but not necessary)

Thanks!!
