@Rachel: I finally Oed on CD34. A heck of a lot later than usual. Not sure if it was the B complex, or all of the new naturopathic remedies I started combined. But still...its something to look out for.

@redsmarties: Did you ever end up O-ing? I am starting B-complex and I don't know whether I should wait until I O. I sort of assumed you had to take it for a while so it could build up in your system, but I already O on CD18-20, so I don't want to delay it any further than that!

Hmm, that's really interesting. My naturopath just put me on a B6 vitamin, and I'm sitting here at CD29 with no O in sight. Up until now, the latest its ever been is CD25 or so. I wonder if its the B6? Maybe next cycle I'll talk to him about it.

It delayed mine about 3 days. I would suggest to people to do like @arielle9510: and only take it after you have confirmed your O. I'm not super sold on taking it anyway so I just have left it out.

I started taking vitamin B last cycle but started hearing that too so now I only take it after I've confirmed O. I can't find a concrete answer one way or the other, but similar stories to yours!

I, luckily, have been really regular in my O date. For the last 5 months it's always been on CD 14. This month it's CD 17 and it still hasn't shown. Needless to say, I'm a little concerned. The only thing that is different this month is that I started taking B Complex to help lengthen my LP. I'm just curious if anyone has taken it and it's delayed O. I'm not sure what else the delayed O could be due to! Thanks girls!
