My sister and I sort of split the bossy role throughout our lives (I am technically 3min younger). Baby A is the one closes to the cervix, so if you have a vaginal birth, Baby A will be born first. What's interesting is that sometimes the babies can shift positions in utero, so even though you birth Baby A first, he may have originally been baby B! If you have a c-section, I think they still do Baby A first, but I don't know for sure. (I won't tell you what because it isn't helpful to hear other people's horror stories) But, the upshot is that they had to remove her twins in a specific order, which they did... so I'm assuming the answer is yes, they can do it in a specific order.<br /> Though I agree with Jenna.
