@travellingbee: right? I finally got my second daughter sleeping through the night (20 months old). I was averaging like a 1-4 am sleep. Lol.

@Foodnerd81: sadly no nap. She did after preschool yesterday but wasn't normal for her lol

Does she still nap? The one thing that did help us with our then two year old was moving her nap a little earlier so there was a bigger wake time before bed. But I doubt that would work on a 4 year old.

I don't know but I have a late sleeper and an early riser. Which means I have an early to bed and a night owl too. :bummed: couldn't they get it together and decide on one sleep pattern?! Haha

I may lose my mind. My 4 year old has been a decent sleeper (after she started Stan around a year..we won't talk about before that). The last year she's been getting up often during the night, or REALLY EARLY in the morning. We're talking like 4 am.

She's settled into a rough 5 am wake up, no matter what time she goes to bed. For instance, last night she went down at 9 pm (she napped) and woke at 6 am. I was SO looking forward to sleeping!

Aside from giving the toddler wake up clock a go again, how the heck can I help her sleep longer? (She has blackout shades and white noise).
